Try using the gear icon to the bottom right of the player to change the video quality from ‘auto’ to ‘1080p’.
Wait 20-30 seconds for the player to update and your video quality should improve.
Alternatively, check the status of your internet connection…. (needs more words)

device volume/mute
suggest earphones

This can occur if you have more than one window of the stream open at a time.
Once you’ve closed the additional window this will solve the issue.
