The recorded version of the livestream will be available via the URL provided within a few hours of the service’s completion.
This will be viewable for 2 weeks.
A copy of the recording will be provided to the organiser.

On the video player, go to the video options (bottom right-hand corner of the player) and change the video quality from ‘Auto’ to ‘1080p’. You should see an improvement within 30 seconds once the player updates.
Reducing the amount of bandwidth use in your home/office may assist.
Switch from a wifi to a wired LAN connection.

This can happen if you have more than 1 browser tab/window open playing the stream.
Closing the additional browser tab/window will solve this issue.

Check that both the player and your device are not accidentally on mute
Try listening to the stream using earphones or an external speaker
If you are using headphones, go to your device audio settings and make sure the correct device option has been selected
